Our yoga for kids is presented in a playful and gentle way, with songs, games, and a variation on the principles of breath and postures. We hope that kids and parents will connect and gain long term benefits of establishing a yoga practice. Come as you are, always. Every Sundays at 9am. $10 per participants or $25 per family!
