Cindy Gu is a Yoga teacher, neurodivergent mindfulness coach, Qi healer, and surfer. She is devoted to conscious living and embodied freedom.
With a background in engineering and product design, she brings a grounded, intuitive, and integrative approach to movement, breath, and energy work. After leaving her corporate career to follow a more authentic path, Cindy has spent the past years immersed in travel, nature, and ocean living- teaching, surfing across community in Asia, Central America, and beyond.
Her work is deeply influenced by the rhythms of the ocean and the intelligence of the body. As a surfer, she draws inspiration from fluidity, presence, and surrender—qualities that are woven into her teaching and the spaces she holds.
Cindy integrates over 800 hours of training in yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong, meditation, and energy healing into her signature style, Qi Flow—a practice that blends the flow of yoga with the energetic principles of Qi Gong and Chinese medicine.
As a neurodivergent mindfulness coach, she offers a compassionate and non-linear approach to awareness, supporting individuals in working with their unique nervous systems rather than against them. Her work emphasizes regulation, self-trust, and creating sustainable practices that feel supportive and intuitive.
Her classes and sessions are both grounding and expansive—inviting students to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate life force energy, and come home to themselves.
