Rocket 2 builds on Rocket yoga’s dynamic, Ashtanga-based sequence. Focusing on heart-opening backbends and deep hip openers for a comprehensive, energizing practice.
It shares similarities with Rocket 1‘s including sun salutations, standing series, wide legged folds, core, and closing sequence. Both Rocket 1 and Rocket 2 stand on their own, but work incredibly well together.
Advanced yogis will appreciate Rocket 2’s emphasis on deeper backbends and complex hip openers that challenge both flexibility and strength. The sequence provides opportunities to refine advanced poses like wheel variations, forearm stands, and deep hip stretches while building the stamina needed for sustained backbending work.
