  • Krav Maga – Self Defence

Krav Maga was created in the early 1950s by Imi Lichtenfeld who was an expert in boxing, wrestling, and jujitsu, and also a gymnast. What he created and called KRAV MAGA (“combat with contact” in Hebrew) is not a mix of different approaches or techniques, but a complete and coherent method of self-defence unto itself.

Stretch Collective

Creating space for NEW opportunities, NEW non-STRETCH teachers, and NEW yoga friends we haven’t met yet.

In partnership with Karma Teachers, support the development of new yoga teachers (recent Karma Teachers Yoga Teacher Training graduates), while also supporting STRETCH in providing an IN-PERSON class that offers increased accessibility via sliding-scale payment.

The collective thrives when we can STRETCH a little beyond our usual borders to encourage new teachers and practitioners to share the art and science of yoga.
