The Women’s Hour

Tuesday, October 28th | 6:30PM – 8:30PM

Navigate hormone health at every life stage—from menstrual cycles to menopause and beyond. While all genders are welcome, this session focuses specifically on XX women’s unique nutritional needs. Discover how to eat to support your hormones instead of fighting against them.
