STRETCH has 3 rooms available for rent: Flex, Stretch, and Breathe. Our bright, versatile rooms are perfect for workshops, pop-up events, photo shoots, and private gatherings in downtown Vancouver.
Our Studio Rental Spaces
We have expanded to offer three distinct spaces, each providing a unique atmosphere for your event.
Flex
Our multi-purpose community room. Flex is 1300sf of open space.
The space comes with our sound system, 40 chairs and 4 banquet tables.

Pricing
We understand that every event is different, which is why we offer flexible rental options for all three of our unique spaces:
- Hourly Rental
- Daily Rental
- Weekly Rental
Choose the duration that works best for your needs and budget. Our spaces provide a unique, green venue backdrop, distinct from typical event halls or meeting rooms.
Hourly rental rates start at $65/hour (Weekdays 8am-5pm) for light use. For parties, filming, photoshoots, and catered events, rates start at $125/hr.
Pricing varies based on usage.
Notes
We are a very near ZERO WASTE facility. We encourage everyone to reduce their use of disposable coffee cups and to-go containers! Please bring your own travel mugs and non-disposable necessities while at STRETCH.
We also offer secure bike parking inside STRETCH! Thank you!
