Session 1
Movement Flow Practice Lab
9:30 am to 11:30 am
This session focuses on learning new movement patterns and practicing how to link them into simple, effective sequences. Students will build strength, mobility, coordination, and confidence moving on the floor, through space, and back to standing. The emphasis is on curiosity, play, and functional movement that supports daily life and other practices. All movements are adaptable for beginners and experienced movers.

Session 2
Hand Balancing and Handstand Foundations
12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
This session breaks handstands down into clear and approachable steps. Students will work on alignment, shoulder strength, balance awareness, and safe ways to enter and exit handstands. Options include wall supported work and freestanding exploration. The focus is on building confidence upside down without pressure or force. $35

Session 3
Freediving Inspired Apnea Breathwork
2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
This session introduces calm and accessible breathwork inspired by freediving practices. Students will explore efficient breathing, gentle breath holds, CO2 tolerance, and relaxation techniques. The emphasis is on nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and relaxation rather than pushing limits. This is a land based practice with no water involved and is suitable for all levels.
